Orders Cannot Be Processed until we Receive Payment

Credit Cards
To Expedite Your Order We except Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express Internet Orders are by Credit Card Only. All Transactions are secured to protect your personal information.

Check or Money Order
Payment may be made by Certified Check or Money Order. However orders will be processed when payment is received. Payment by personal check must wait 10 Days to clear before order is processed. Please make sure to note order number numbers on check or money order.

Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders are accepted from Government Agencies Only.

Fax your purchase orders to (631) 567-3953. Purchase orders must include your order number, correct dollar amount, including shipping charges, and an authorized signature. Note: Payment must be received within 30 days of shipment. Late fees of 1 1/2% per month will be applied to any late payments.

Returns
Items returned within 7 days: money back or replacement: - Does not apply to engraved or imprinted items. Does not apply to special orders, damage must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return. Items must be returned in original condition. A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

IMPORTANT: A Return Authorization is required prior to return. Please contact your sales rep for information.
