All American Awards and Uniforms provides uniforms, awards, apparel, badges, promotional items, customization services (including embroidery, monogramming, and tailoring), and related first responder and organizational recognition products. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill customization requests as specified, but final appearance may vary slightly due to production processes, fabric variations, and embroidery tolerances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that customized products will meet all expectations or that color reproduction will be exact due to variations in display monitors and production processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL AMERICAN AWARDS AND UNIFORMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
